该机特别适合对各种单个中、大型盒装物品的裹包（如下图），及数个集合包装（如：10盒隆力奇牙膏为一单位的集合包装）。广泛适用于各大行业，如盒装药品、保健品、食品、茶叶、咖啡、化妆品、糖果、日用品、香皂、文具用品、磁带、威化饼、音像制品等等

用途：透明膜包装机就是在长方形、正方形或类似规则包装物外面裹包一层带防伪易拉线的透明膜。包装效果与香烟外包相同。该机广泛适用于盒装药品、保健品、食品、茶叶、咖啡、化妆品、日用品、糖果、香皂、文具用品、磁带、威化饼、音像制品等IT行业中的各种盒式规则物品的单件或多件物品集合的自动包装。

功能介绍：本机是在引进、吸收欧洲和日本等国家设、备的基础上，经过精心设计改良而成。采用国外知名PLC人机界面控制及电气元件，机器由气缸驱动运转、伺服电机下膜、下膜长短可以随意调节、具有运行稳定可靠、速度快、封口牢固、紧凑、密封防水性好、平整美观等优点。机体由高质量美观的进口铝合金或不锈钢机架和封闭式安全有机玻璃防护罩构成，机器平台、包装物的接触部位均用不锈钢材料，符合卫生要求。可对物品进行单件或条盒自动裹包，自动送盒、折叠、热封、包装、计数，并自动粘贴防伪U型撕口易拉线。缺盒不下膜、缺盒停机、故障自我诊断并报警、更换少量零部件即可包装不同规格尺寸的盒式包装物。

备注：可按客户要求与前后套设备连线，配装自动输送带、汽缸直推、侧推装置、静电消除器、日期打印机、电眼跟踪等。
